Our Story
Spice Route Kitchen (a sample restaurant created for this demo) starts from how Indian families actually eat out: nobody agrees on one region. One person wants butter chicken, another wants a dosa, and someone always asks if there is biryani.
So instead of choosing, this kitchen runs four stations — a tandoor and curry pass for the North, a tawa and steamer for the South, a dum biryani handi, and a Hakka wok for Indo-Chinese favourites.
The rules are simple: grind spices fresh, ferment the dosa batter in-house, cook to order, and always offer Jain and no onion–no garlic versions where the dish allows — food should fit the family, not the other way round.

Tandoor, tawa, handi and wok — each dish cooked where it belongs, to order.
Vegetarian dishes are core, not a corner — with Jain and no onion–no garlic options on request.
Mild to extra-hot on a clear scale, adjustable on almost everything.
